Prayer- Our God Creates New Things Out Of Nothing

[rev_slider kingspurpose1]

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has given us every blessing of the Spirit in the heavens in Christ:

Ephesians 1:3 (NLT)
3 All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.

Romans 4:17 (BBE)
17 (As it is said in the holy Writings, I have made you a father of a number of nations) before him in whom he had faith, that is, God, who gives life to the dead, and to whom the things which are not are as if they were.
Romans 4:17 (NLT)
17 That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him, “I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who creates new things out of nothing.

In Christ, we have already received every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm because we are united with Christ and we believe in my God who brings the dead back to life (resurrection) and who creates “new things out of nothing”
Tell the enemy…you can’t shake me because you didn’t create me”
Last weekend, we had a family member who had to be taken to Bronson hospital in Kalamazoo from Battle Creek which is about 20-25 miles. Many family members travel across icy, snowy roads and all arrive safely.
After a while, they called the family in to our aunt’s room. The situation was bleak and you could feel the presence of the angel of death but….but…but there would be a sermon preached by the God who brings the “dead back to life”. The group that I was in came into the room and “everyone” in this circle of hope” prayed a personal prayer and I being last had just finished praying, our aunt turned “her head”, that had been motionless. It appeared to me that grace and mercy cast out the death angel attitude and a “new thing” happen to our aunt.
What I learned about the God we serve, He is merciful and He not only shows up but He shows up to show out!. We are already blessed for any attack of the enemy. We are already blessed in the “mess” of living in a world of sin.
Our God didn’t bring Auntie 25 miles to abandon her but to preach a sermon to her family who didn’t know the Lord Jesus Christ and prove that He is the God whose wisdom, mercy and peace pass all understanding and “create new things” in dire circumstances.
We can confidently say: Philippians 4:19 (NLT)
19 And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from his glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
