Failure Does Not Mean You’re Finished
Many times we go through periods of droughts in our lives where no matter what we do, it never works out in a positive way. I have seen this happen many times but we need to pump the brakes on thinking my dream is dead.
We Often Times Quit Because We Forget
The Hebrew writer in Hebrews (2:1) reminds the Jewish Christians that the persecution they were going through was not hopeless but it appears that way because they had let the truths of the Word of God “flow pass their minds” that was causing them to “draft or slip” away from their faith.
The Lord Is My Helper
In a mixed up hurry up and stressed up world in which we live the Word of God concerning His promises can escape our minds. Our Failures do not have to be final with God.
Hebrews 13:5-6 (NCV)
5 Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be satisfied with what you have. God has said, “I will never leave you; I will never forget you.“
6 So we can be sure when we say, “I will not be afraid, because the Lord is my helper. People can’t do anything to me.“
No matter what a child of God is experiencing in this earthly life. No matter what troubles or burdens come. “Saint Lives Matter” in a precious way to God. He(God) will never leave you or forget you so that I can say “I will not be afraid because the Lord is my helper”
Failure does not mean you are finished.
We Fall Down But We Get Up
In the book of Proverbs, there is a passage of Scripture that I used to encourage my heart when I failed at a particular task.
Proverbs 24:16 (NKJV)
16 For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity.
